END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. LICENSE

The Tone Architects hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, revocable, limited right to install and use the Products. This license permits use for both personal and commercial music production, provided such use strictly adheres to the terms herein.

 

2. USE RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS

The Licensee is strictly prohibited from, and may not authorize others to:

  • Distribution/Transfer: Share, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Products or their individual components (e.g., sound samples, presets, loops) to any third party.

  • Commercial Exploitation: Exploit the Products commercially by distributing the individual, standalone components (sounds, samples, or loops) as part of a competitive sound library or sample pack.

  • Modification: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Products.

  • Hardware Inclusion: If hardware containing the Products is sold, the Products may be included solely as a component of the original hardware unit being sold, provided all usage restrictions still apply to the new owner.

 

3. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement remains active until terminated by either the Licensee or The Tone Architects.

The Tone Architects reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately, with or without prior notification, if the Licensee is found to be in material breach of any provision herein.

The Licensee may terminate this Agreement by permanently deleting all copies and installations of the Products from all computer systems and storage devices.

Upon termination, all rights granted to the Licensee cease, and the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Products.
