When you complete your purchase, your digital products are delivered to you in two ways:

• Email Delivery: You will instantly receive an email containing all your secure download links.
• Account Access: If you have an account with us, you can always find your purchases under the ‘My Account’ section of our website.

Your download links never expire. They are a permanent part of your tone library.
 

Our Refund Policy

 
Due to the non-returnable and permanent nature of digital goods (once downloaded, they cannot be returned), all sales are considered final.

Your satisfaction is paramount to Tone Architects. If you encounter any technical issues with your files, have trouble accessing your download links, or believe there has been an error with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out.
